GROSREM,
ALLIANCE OF TERTIARY EXCHANGE
Grosrem, Alliance of Tertiary Exchange, is a Nonprofit Institution
founded in Salvador, State of Bahia, Brazil, last September 1999
whose aims are as follows:

To
promote and develop current Mass Media Communications utilization
in order to upgrade Human conditions in Latin America as
a whole.

To
promote the creation of specialized events to divulge the
Human Promotion being currently undertaken in Latin America.

To
create means of information such as magazines, newspapers
and URL, in order to disclosure Human Promotion such as
Social and Digital inclusion of careless and dropped-out
children and teen-agers as a consequence of current government
policies in Latin America.

To
encourage Human Promotion at all levels in Latin America.

To
foster the foundation of Higher Education and Technological
Institutions as well as Centers of Commercial and Entrepreneurial
Promotion in Latin America forseeing the future of current
children and teen-agers in Latin America.

To
encourage, in a very special way, technical and technological
research in order to create Top-Priority-Teaching Programs
to recover time lost by illiterate youngsters, foreseeing
its insertion at a productive basis in their communities.

To
turn feasible installation of Low-cost Protein Units at
Seacoast villages and towns.

To
keep permanent awareness and a watching position to avoid
Environmental Threats particularly along Latin-American
coastline.

In
order to turn achievable all its targets, the Instituto
Gros will form Working Groups to grant funding that will
turn it auto-sustainable and capable to face its day-by-day
expenses, as well as project implementation.

a Nonprofit Institution, Grosrem, Alliance of Tertiary Exchange
is at the National Register of Juridical Entities Archives
of the Federative Republic of Brazil under number: 03.426.984/0001-65,
issued in 09/09/1999.
